What is the Angry Dance Filter AI trend?
It started as a TikTok lip-sync: from late August 2026, people mouthed Imael Angel’s deep-house song “Bad Times” while arguing with whoever held the camera, and a single-take kitchen version became the one everyone copies. In September AI versions with pets appeared, and in October free one-photo templates in CapCut made it an “angry dance filter”. This site is the browser version: one photo of you, our own AI remake of the kitchen routine, no app.
The moves
Your Angry Dance Filter AI video, second by second
A bright white kitchen, one camera, 15 seconds. Only the person changes: your face, hair and outfit colors come from your photo.
- 0–1s
The walk-in
You storm in from the back of the kitchen, already annoyed.
- 1–4s
The palm poke
Close-up: one finger jabbing into the other palm, point after point.
- 4–6s
The palm push
An open hand shoved at the lens until it nearly covers your face.
- 6–10s
The rant
Pointing, open hands, and a full shout straight at the camera.
- 10–12s
The step back
You back off to a wide shot, hand on hip, and turn away in disbelief.
- 12–15s
The comeback
You charge back to the camera for the final shout.

The AI puts you in the performer’s place in every shot, keeping your face, hair and the colors of your outfit.
Download, add the sound, post

Comparing it with other ways? Read every way to make the angry dance video.
Does it come with the “Bad Times” song?
No: your video downloads silent, on purpose. On TikTok, open the “Bad Times” sound by Imael Angel and tap “Use this sound”, or pick it in the editor’s sound search. On Instagram Reels, tap Add audio and search “Bad Times Imael Angel”. Using the platform’s own sound keeps your post from being muted for copyright, and it puts your video on the song’s page next to everyone else’s angry dance.
How to make the video, step by step →Photo tips
Which photo works best, and what it can’t do yet
Works best
- • Face clearly visible, looking at the camera
- • Even daylight or soft indoor light
- • One adult per photo
- • Waist-up or head-to-knee, arms visible
Avoid
- • Sunglasses, masks or hair over the eyes
- • Group photos, heavy filters or cartoons
- • Tiny faces, side views or blurry shots
- • Kids, public figures or pets
Limitations, honestly
- • Side views, sunglasses and group photos often come out wrong. One clear, front-facing photo works best.
- • Every video is the same kitchen routine, cut for cut: you can’t pick another dance, room or song. Your face gets a strong likeness, not a twin.
- • Fast hand moves can blur fingers for a frame or two, and clothing details such as layers or sleeves can change.
If a generation fails, your credits come back automatically.

FAQ
Angry Dance Filter AI FAQ
What is the Angry Dance Filter AI trend?
It is the AI version of TikTok’s “Bad Times” trend. Since late August 2026, people have lip-synced Imael Angel’s deep-house song “Bad Times” while arguing with whoever holds the camera: a finger jabbed into a palm, a hand shoved at the lens, a rant, a step back and a charge back in. AI versions with pets followed in September, and in October free one-photo templates in CapCut turned it into an “angry dance filter”. Angry Dance Filter AI makes the whole kitchen routine from one photo of you.
How do I make an Angry Dance Filter AI video from my own photo?
Upload one clear photo of you or an adult friend who agreed, sign in and tap “Make my video”. A 15-second HD video is a one-time $9.99, and nothing renews. You get our kitchen remake of the angry dance with your face, hair and outfit colors in every shot.
Is Angry Dance Filter AI free?
No. One full 15-second HD video is $9.99, or $7.00 a video in the 10-video pack, and there is no free preview. The free way is a one-photo template in the CapCut app; what it shows and whether you can find it vary by app version and region.
Does the video include the “Bad Times” song?
No. The download is silent on purpose, so you add the song from the platform when you post. On TikTok, open the “Bad Times” sound by Imael Angel and tap “Use this sound”, or pick it in the editor’s sound search. On Instagram Reels, tap Add audio and search “Bad Times Imael Angel”. The platform’s own sound keeps your post from being muted and puts it on the song’s page with the rest of the trend.
What photos work best?
One adult per photo, facing the camera, in even light, waist-up or head-to-knee with the face clearly visible. Sunglasses, tiny faces, heavy filters and group photos are the usual reasons a result looks off.
How long is the video, and in what format?
Every video is a 15-second 9:16 MP4 at 720p with no watermark: the full routine from the walk-in to the final shout, ready for TikTok, Reels and Shorts.
How long does it take?
It is usually under 10 minutes. You can leave the page; we email you when it is ready, and it is saved in My videos for 14 days.
What if the video fails or looks wrong?
If a video fails or times out, the credits go back to your balance automatically. That is a credit, not a card refund. A finished video that fails the safety check keeps its credits. If a finished video is clearly broken, email us within 7 days.
Can I use a photo of a friend, a celebrity, a child or my pet?
Only of an adult friend who agreed to it. Photos of children or public figures are not allowed, and nothing may be made to harass or deceive anyone. Pets aren’t supported yet: the routine is made for one human performer.
Do I need an app or an account?
No app, but you need a free account. Sign in with Google, or with your email and a password, to buy credits and keep your videos; everything runs in the browser on your phone or computer. Inside the TikTok or Instagram app, open this page in your browser if Google sign-in doesn’t show.
What happens to my photos?
Photos are used only to make your video and are deleted after 2 days. Finished videos are deleted after 14 days. Nothing is published to a gallery, and we never use your photos to train AI models.
Is this the CapCut “angry dance filter”?
No. Angry Dance Filter AI is an independent website, not a CapCut or TikTok filter. “Angry dance filter” is what people search for the trend; this site makes its own AI remake of the routine from your photo.
Can I use the video on a brand account or in ads?
No. Videos are for personal, non-commercial use under our terms: post them on your own accounts and send them to friends. The download has no music, so add the song from the platform’s library when you post. For anything commercial, email us first.
Is Angry Dance Filter AI affiliated with TikTok, CapCut or Imael Angel?
No. Angry Dance Filter AI (angrydancefilterai.video) is an independent, fan-made tool and is not affiliated with TikTok, CapCut, ByteDance, Imael Angel or the creators who started the trend.
